- You'll design, implement, and manage comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases covering functional, regression, and non-functional testing to ensure product quality and performance.
- You'll identify opportunities to implement and expand automated testing, maintain existing automation frameworks, and create new test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify, communicate, and resolve potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
- You'll collaborate with the Test & Quality Lead to establish and uphold high QA standards across the team, driving continuous improvements in testing processes, tools, and methodologies to optimise quality and efficiency.
- You'll create and maintain detailed documentation for all testing activities, including test plans, test cases, and test execution results, ensuring information remains accurate, accessible, and up to date for all stakeholders.
- You'll regularly report on test progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights to support informed decision-making and product enhancements.
- You'll assess and prioritise testing activities based on risk and business impact, ensuring the most critical functionalities are thoroughly tested.
- You'll actively contribute to the agile development process by participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives, ensuring testing activities align with sprint goals and delivery timelines.
And what are we looking for?
- You'll bring 8-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with strong expertise in both manual and automated testing across web applications, APIs, and integrated systems.
- You'll leverage 8-10 years of hands-on automation experience,
demonstrating proven expertise in Playwright and modern test automation practices.

- You'll integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment processes.
- You'll adopt an AI-first approach to testing activities, using AI-powered tools to support test case design and refinement, assist with test data preparation and analysis, and enhance defect analysis and reporting.
- You'll use AI as a productivity assistant while applying sound professional judgement and validation, continuously improving testing processes, standards, and tooling practices.
- You'll evaluate, implement, and maintain test automation best practices, coding standards, framework governance models, and quality metrics to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- You'll apply a strong understanding of performance, security, and non-functional testing principles, with practical exposure to relevant tools and methodologies.
- You'll utilise test management, defect management, and reporting tools to effectively track test execution, quality metrics, defects, and overall testing progress.
- You'll work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and QA team members to define effective test strategies and deliver high-quality software releases.
