About the Role We are looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused COCO Manager to lead the operations, sales and profitability of our Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) showrooms. The role is responsible for ensuring world-class customer experience, achieving retail sales targets, maintaining operational excellence and supporting the rapid expansion of DELTIC's company-owned retail network. Currently the company operates five COCO showrooms with ambitious expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall operations and profitability of all COCO showrooms.
• Drive monthly retail sales, enquiry conversion and customer satisfaction targets.
• Recruit, train, mentor and monitor showroom managers and sales consultants.
• Ensure consistent implementation of DELTIC retail standards across all locations.
• Monitor daily showroom KPIs including footfalls, enquiries, bookings, deliveries and collections.
• Develop local marketing initiatives with the marketing team to improve showroom footfall.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics and service teams for seamless vehicle availability and delivery.
• Ensure proper display standards, visual merchandising and brand identity.
• Review showroom profitability, operating costs and productivity.
• Implement SOPs for sales, customer engagement and complaint resolution.
• Conduct periodic audits and submit MIS reports to senior management.
• Support identification and launch of new COCO locations.
Customer Experience & Retail Excellence
• Deliver a premium and consistent buying experience.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 5–8 years' experience in automobile, EV or organised retail showroom operations.
• Experience managing multiple outlets or dealership operations is preferred. • Strong exposure to retail sales, team management and customer service. • MBA or Graduate in Business, Marketing or related discipline preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively across COCO locations.
