Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence in the pharmacy and healthcare sector. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating with designers, increasing brand awareness, and supporting digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Promote pharmacy products, healthcare products, medical supplies, and company services through appropriate digital channels.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to develop high-quality creatives.
- Write captions, headlines, hashtags, and other social media copy.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and customer interactions and respond professionally.
- Research healthcare, pharmacy, medical,



and industry-related trends to develop relevant content.
- Support product launches, exhibitions, campaigns, offers, and other promotional activities.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and coordinate with performance marketing teams when required.
- Monitor competitors and identify new social media marketing opportunities.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
- Ensure that all healthcare and pharmacy-related content is accurate, professional, and compliant with applicable advertising and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain consistent company branding and communication across all platforms.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and social media marketing tools.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging healthcare/pharmacy-related content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media advertising.
- Understanding of hashtags, SEO basics, social media analytics, and audience targeting.
- Valuable creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
