applications and customer experiences. We are now growing our Jaspersoft presence across India and APAC— and are looking for two ambitious Sales Development Representatives
to help us build that next stage of growth.

You will take ownership of a multi-country territory, identify high-potential accounts, engage senior decision-makers and create qualified sales opportunities alongside our Jaspersoft Account Executives.

You will work across both outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, using cold calling, email,LinkedIn, account intelligence and modern sales technology to create meaningful conversations with prospective customers.

Build and execute territory and target-account plans alongside Jaspersoft Account Executives.
Research companies, business units, decision-makers, technology environments and buying signals.
Engage prospects through cold calling, targeted email, LinkedIn and account-based outreach.
Identify organisations that could benefit from embedded reporting, analytics and business intelligence.
Multi-thread across target accounts and engage different stakeholders involved in the buying process.
Generate qualified discovery meetings and sales opportunities.
Manage prospects through structured Outreach cadences and consistent follow-up.
Maintain accurate information and activity in Salesforce and our wider sales technology stack.
Use company-approved AI tools to accelerate account research, personalisation, call preparation and follow-up.

We value SDRs who combine disciplined execution with smart account selection, relevant personalisation, strong conversations and effective qualification.
Previous experience as an SDR, BDR or in a comparable outbound/new-business sales role.
Demonstrable experience with cold calling, account research and prospecting.
Ability to prospect across different APAC markets and adapt your communication style, messaging and outreach timing accordingly.
Robust commercial judgement and cultural awareness when engaging prospects across different countries.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, stakeholders and sales cadences effectively.
Experience with CRM, sales-engagement or prospecting technology.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, ZoomInfo
Strong organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills in a remote working environment.
Experience prospecting for business intelligence, analytics, embedded software, enterprise software or related technology solutions would be an advantage, but curiosity and the ability to learn quickly matter just as much.

Language requirements

Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
Professional fluency in Hindi, suitable for prospecting, qualification and business conversations sacross India.

Additional Indian language skills such as
Bengali, Tamil, Telugu or Marathi
.
Professional proficiency in languages relevant to other APAC markets — particularly Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai or Vietnamese — would also be highly valued.

You will work closely with experienced sales professionals, gain exposure to enterprise customers across India and APAC, develop your expertise in Data & AI, Business Intelligence and embedded analytics, and build the foundations for continued growth within technology sales.
