Manager – Event & Community Engagement
Location: Mumbai

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead community engagement and event management across premium residential projects. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of the annual event calendar , from conceptualisation to execution, ensuring vibrant community culture and resident participation.

Key Responsibilities →
→ Develop and manage an annual calendar of cultural, festival, sporting, and community events
→ Curate cutting-edge experiences tailored to resident demographics and preferences
→ Handle complete event execution – décor, entertainment, F&B;, logistics, permissions, safety
→ Build and manage a strong vendor network; negotiate commercials and ensure quality delivery
→ Identify opportunities for sponsorships, brand tie‑ups,



and revenue generation through events
→ Engage with resident committees and facility teams to drive participation and feedback
→ Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and conduct post‑event reviews with performance metrics

Candidate Profile →
→ Graduate in any discipline; qualifications in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or Communications preferred
→ 5–8 years of experience in event management, residential community engagement, hospitality, or facility management
→ Proven track record of managing events from planning through execution
→ Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
→ Energetic, creative, proactive, and comfortable working on‑ground during events
