With a steady flow of inbound leads from our website, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Representative / Account Manager to engage prospects, understand their needs, and convert leads into satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct discovery calls and qualification meetings with leads
- Present company capabilities and services through pitch decks and customized presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects, define deliverables, and prepare proposals
- Manage the proposal process end-to-end, including pricing and timeline discussions




- Serve as the main point of contact for leads and clients during the pre-sales process
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads in the sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide light account management support as deals transition into active projects

Required Qualifications:

- Experience working with or selling for a web design or digital marketing agency
- Strong understanding of WordPress and open-source web technologies
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Skilled in preparing and presenting pitch decks to prospective clients
- Familiarity with project scoping and budgeting
- Proven experience in preparing skilled, customized proposals
- Solid account management and client communication skills
