CoTeacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational experiences of our young learners, providing them with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where they can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a positive and engaging learning environment for early childhood children.

n

Plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of each child.

n

Foster a love for learning by incorporating creative play, storytelling, and hands-on experiences.

n

Observe and assess children's progress and address individual learning needs.

n

Communicate effectively with parents to keep them informed of their child's development.

n

Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a supportive learning environment.

n

Qualifications:

n





Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

n

Minimum of 5 years of experience working with young children in a school or early childhood education setting.

n

Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching young learners.

n

Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

n

Knowledge of early childhood development and learning techniques.

n
