About the Role
n
We're bringing on 2-3 exceptional product + GTM builders to lead 0-to-1 on new initiatives we're incubating. This is for people who think like founders — whether you want to build your own company one day and are looking for the fastest possible learning curve, or you've already founded something and want to do it again without the fundraising grind.
n
You'll own an initiative end-to-end — product and GTM (PLG or broader) — with startup speed and ambiguity, backed by an established company's resources and distribution.

What You'll Do

- Own a 0-to-1 initiative from problem definition through launch and early scale
n
- Drive both product and go-to-market — decide what to build, ship fast, and figure out how it reaches customers
n
- Talk to customers constantly — you're the PM, growth lead, and often first salesperson
n
- Make quick,
high-conviction calls with incomplete information
n
- Build the initial playbook — process, metrics, team — for what becomes a scaled function
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
1. future founders — early in your career, high agency, learns fast, already building things on the side. Want to found something eventually and are looking for the highest-density learning environment to prepare.
n
2. Former founders — built a company before with real 0-to-1 ownership. Not looking to start something new right now, but want that same pace and ownership inside a larger platform.

What Matters More Than Background

- Evidence you've built something from nothing — a company, product, or scrappy initiative
n
- Comfort across both product and GTM, without waiting for a team to hand you the answer
n
- High tolerance for ambiguity and a bias for action
n
n
Only looking for people with experience in Enterprise Tech or AI. In either GTM or PLG.
n
Only between 2-4 years of experience post education.
