About the Team The Legal, Secretarial & Compliance team at Navi serves as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring the company's operations align with legal and regulatory frameworks. The team provides comprehensive legal counsel across various domains, including corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The team oversees corporate governance, ensuring adherence to statutory obligations and facilitating effective board and shareholder engagements. The team proactively manages compliance across multiple regulated sectors, adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes.

You will assist in preparing Board and Committee documents, undertaking statutory filings, maintaining statutory records, conducting legal and regulatory research, coordinating audit-related data requirements, and ensuring timely compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations and foreign direct investment reporting requirements. The role requires attention to detail, sound legal understanding and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.





Handling data requests for statutory and internal audits;
Supporting requests for updation of websites in line with regulatory requirement; Qualified their Company Secretary (CS) professional program, and are required to complete mandatory training of 21 months before obtaining membership from the Institute (ICSI).
