KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in MT to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute shopper marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales. Manage the day-to-day operations related to servicing of all customers, fulfilment of orders, fill rates, avoidance of stock outs, ageing of stocks and timely receipt of payments and present reports.
· Analyze sales data, track important performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and product placements to drive growth.




· Develop holistic understanding of market trends, and track competition activities w.r.t. product, pricing, trade & brand promotions offered, credit facilities, new launches in the territory and timely feedback to the management.
· Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
· Propose new products using relevant data sources and tracking performance post launch

MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing from a prestigious institute.
~5-8 years of experience in FMCG sector handling national key accounts of similar scale in other organization is preferred.
~ Proven work experience as a Key account manager/ Category Manager with FMCG/ Retail formats.
~ Solid understanding of the product categories Lotus operates in along with short-term and long-term trends
~ Advanced proficiency in English and Hindi.
~ Flexibility to travel as needed.
