As the Sales Manager, your responsibilities would be: Drive high-velocity closures in the ₹100-500 Cr segment through capex financing and leasing solutions Acquire SME/manufacturing clients and activate OEM channel partnerships for consistent deal flow Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle from sourcing and structuring to documentation and disbursal Build strategic client relationships to grow share of wallet and repeat business Maintain strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene to optimize lead-to-sanction conversion. Requirements: Proven track record in NBFCs, banks, asset finance,
