The Role

n

We’re looking for an Account Director who can own client relationships, lead teams, drive strategy and help grow the business.

n

n

You should be someone who can think big, move fast and get into the details . Someone equally comfortable presenting to a CMO, challenging a creative idea, reviewing campaign performance and making sure the team delivers.

n

What You'll Do:

n

n
- Own key client relationships and become a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders.
n
- Understand the client's business, category, consumers, competition and growth objectives , not just their marketing briefs.
n
- Lead brand, social and digital strategy, and bring proactive ideas to clients.
n
- Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Social, Media and Performance teams to deliver high-quality work.
n
- Be the quality gatekeeper for everything that goes out of the agency.
n
- Understand social media deeply, including platforms, content, trends and culture.
n
- Have a strong working understanding of performance marketing, paid media and digital marketing .
n
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
n




- Lead and mentor account teams, keeping people, priorities and timelines moving.
n
- Take ownership of the overall health, growth and profitability of your accounts.
n

We're Looking For:

n

n
- 7+ years in a digital, advertising or integrated agency.
n
- Robust experience in client servicing and account leadership .
n
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, social media and digital marketing .
n
- Good understanding of performance marketing and paid media .
n
- Strong creative judgement and strategic thinking.
n
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
n
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a natural instinct for growing businesses and relationships .
n
- Deep understanding of the Indian market and digital ecosystem.
n
- Based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR , or willing to relocate.
n
