About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Social to join our Bengaluru team and lead social media and content mandates for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in social media strategy, content development, brand storytelling and client servicing, with the ability to translate brand objectives into impactful social-first campaigns and content.

This role will work closely with clients, internal teams and external partners to develop and execute integrated social media programs that drive engagement, relevance and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop and lead social media strategies and content plans aligned with client objectives, brand positioning and audience needs.
n
- Drive content ideation, copywriting and execution across social media platforms.
n
- Develop thought leadership content for CXOs and manage executive profiles, particularly on LinkedIn.
n
- Lead social media campaigns, content initiatives and digital activations from ideation through execution.
n
- Work closely with creative, content, PR and account teams to ensure seamless and timely delivery.
n
- Manage relationships with clients and external partners, ensuring high-quality execution and strong client satisfaction.
n
- Analyze social media performance and platform metrics to identify insights and recommend improvements to content and social strategies.
n
- Develop research-led content in collaboration with subject-matter experts, including managing the process from content creation to final delivery.
n
- Conceptualize and develop content for webinars, events and other digital platforms.
n




- Explore new content formats, platforms, tools and emerging technologies, including AI-led content solutions, to enhance social media storytelling.
n
- Support new business opportunities by contributing to social media strategies, content ideas and pitches.
n
- Mentor and guide junior team members and drive solid collaboration across teams.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 6–8 years of experience in social media, digital content, content marketing or a related role, preferably within a PR, communications, marketing or agency environment.
n
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content marketing and digital storytelling.
n
- Excellent content writing, copywriting and ideation skills.
n
- Experience in managing CXO thought leadership and LinkedIn profiles will be an advantage.
n
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to interpret social media analytics and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
n
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
n
- Curious mindset with an interest in AI tools, emerging social trends and new content formats.
