Job Responsibilities:

- Execute all design and engineering activities within the company.
- Play significant role in new designs from the concept stage to the development of prototypes through to finished products ready for manufacture
- Ensure design projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Implement design processes andbest practices to improve efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate withother departments to ensuredesign requirements are met.
- Conduct research and development to stay current with industry advancements.
- Maintain design and engineering documentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Create a range of 3D models for a few proposal/production and development systems, products, and components using CAD
- Responsibility for the handling of all design and engineering documentation including Request forDesign freeze/release, DesignFailure
- Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), DesignVerification/Product Validation (DV & PV) testing.
- Present design, costs, changes and budgetary information effectively to senior members and customers and provide regular progress updates
- Liaise closely with all departments to fully understand design requirements
- Manage customer relationships and handle customer inquiries related to design anddevelopment.




- Provide technical support to manufacturing, salesand customer servicedepartments.

B-Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering /Product Management Masters

Skills & Experience:

- 3 to 8 Yearsin Heavy Engineering Companies
- Experience in Recent Product Introduction, reworking design changes and upgrades through production
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience in testing and prototyping
