Position: Clinical Research Coordinator Intern Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Employment Type: Internship Department: Clinical Research Eligibility: Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Medical / Allied Health Sciences Graduates About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator Interns who are interested in building a career in clinical research. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to clinical trial coordination, documentation, regulatory requirements, and clinical research processes. Key Responsibilities Assist Clinical Research Coordinators in day-to-day clinical trial activities. Support patient visit scheduling and trial-related coordination. Maintain and organize clinical trial documents and study files. Assist with Case Report Form (CRF/eCRF) data collection and documentation. Support data entry and verification of clinical trial information. Assist in maintaining Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF) documentation. Follow study protocols, SOPs, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with investigators, study teams, patients, and other clinical research personnel. Assist with preparation of study-related reports and records. Support monitoring visits, audit preparation, and regulatory documentation when required. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of clinical research data.



Skills Required Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of clinical research concepts. Good documentation and organizational skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Ability to work effectively in a team. Willingness to learn clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
