We're hiring: Sales Development Representative (Dubai Real Estate — US Market) | Remote, US Shift

What the role looks like

- You're the first conversation a US-based HNI/UHNI prospect has with Worthmont
- You own the outreach, the follow-up, and the booked meeting
- Research and qualify leads
- Run cold outreach across calls, email and LinkedIn
- Take prospects through discovery calls
- Hand off warm, ready buyers to senior consultants




- Feedback what's working on the ground to shape messaging and lead sourcing

What we're looking for

- 3–5 years in a cold-calling, lead-qualification, or inside-sales role — comfortable owning outreach from first contact through to a booked meeting
- Proven ability to nurture leads over multiple touchpoints — persistent follow-up without losing the prospect's interest
- Track record with long, multi-touch sales cycles and high-value deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident on cold calls and virtual meetings
- CRM-disciplined, data-driven, detail-oriented on pipeline management
