- Basic cGMP & Safety Learning: Undergo foundational training on Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), shop-floor discipline, and safety protocols for solid dosage packaging halls.
- Line Setup Assistance: Assist senior machine operators in assembling, setting up, and preparing packaging line machinery (blister, strip, bottle packing lines).
- Line Clearance Support: Help perform line clearance routines, equipment surface cleaning, and work-area preparation before starting recent packaging runs.
- Packaging Material Handling: Move, load, and stage primary and secondary packaging materials (aluminum/PVC foil, cartons, leaflets, shippers) onto packaging lines.
- Machine Operation Support: Shadow senior operators to learn the manual loading and smooth operation of feeding systems, cartoning units, and shipper sealing machines.
- Visual Inspection Practice:



Conduct initial visual inspections of packaged products to identify defects like broken tablets, incomplete seals, crushed cartons, or improper foil printing.
- In-Process Checks Assistance: Assist in executing basic in-process quality checks, such as leak testing (vacuum testing) for blisters/strips and weight checks for shipper boxes.
- Logbook & Record Entry: Learn how to read equipment status tags and assist in logging routine entries in machine operational logbooks under direct supervision.
- Housekeeping & 5S Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, room organization, and strict adherence to 5S standards across the packing line area.
- Data Integrity & SOP Awareness: Participate in regular workplace training sessions covering basic SOP guidelines, cleanroom protocols, and ALCOA+ data integrity rules.
