Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj,Delhi

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Cluster Manager

Job Purpose:

To manage and drive store operations, sales, profitability, customer experience, and team development, ensuring adherence to company policies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Revenue:
- Drive sales targets and KPIs (ATV, Conversion, UPT, etc.)
- Ensure effective execution of promotions and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and analyze daily/weekly sales performance and take corrective actions.

- Store Operations:

- Oversee daily operations including VM standards, inventory management, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs for cash handling, store opening/closing, and hygiene standards.

- Customer Experience:

- Ensure high standards of customer service and handle escalations promptly.
- Train the team on product knowledge and customer engagement.

- Team Management:

- Manage and motivate the store team to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and training for staff.




- Prepare and share staff rosters ensuring optimal staffing during peak hours.

- Inventory & Stock Management:

- Ensure accurate stock management and timely stock audits.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and manage GRNs.

- Reporting:

- Submit daily sales reports and MIS as per timelines.
- Highlight challenges, competition insights, and local market opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate with 7+ years of retail sales/operations experience, including minimum 5 year as Store Manager
- Strong sales orientation with team management skills.
- Positive communication skills (English).
- Exposure to Women ethnic apparel retail will be preferred (Libas, W, Aurelia, Ritu Kumar, etc)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems.
- Only Female required

Budget – upto 65000 in hand salary
