Responsibilities
Managerial Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of the bank’s cybersecurity awareness program to educate employees, contractors, and partners on cybersecurity risks, policies, and best practices.
2. Collaborate with the IT and Security teams to ensure consistent messaging and the implementation of security controls across the organization.

Design and deliver engaging, effective, and comprehensive cyber awareness training, campaigns, and workshops.
4. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the awareness program, leveraging metrics and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery methods.
Functional Responsibilities:
1. Maintain vendor inventory, engagements including onboarding, off-boarding, payments, agreements etc.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors of the ISMD team.
3. Track vendor performance metrics ensuring compliance with SLAs.
4. Create and manage annual budget for the division and oversee the consumption.
Qualifications
Graduate/ Post graduate (Engineering/Science/Commerce)
