Responsible for managing and monitoring investments across Government Securities (G-Secs), State Development Loans (SDLs), Treasury Bills, Corporate Bonds, REITs, InvITs, Equities, Mutual Funds and other approved investment products.

The role will support investment activities across the main entity, employee PF/Gratuity books, Trusts and subsidiary/group entities, with responsibilities spanning investment analysis, execution, portfolio monitoring, MIS, documentation, compliance and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Back Office / Investment Operations

- Ensure accurate execution and settlement of investment transactions.
- Coordinate with banks, brokers, custodians, depositories and internal accounts teams for trade settlement.
- Verify trade confirmations, deal slips, contract notes and settlement details.
- Monitor interest, coupon, dividend, redemption and maturity proceeds.
- Maintain investment records and supporting documentation for all transactions.
- Reconcile investment positions, transactions and income with accounting records.
- Support accounting, valuation and reporting requirements relating to investments.

Compliance & Controls

- Ensure investments are made within applicable regulatory,



internal policy and investment mandate limits.
- Monitor exposure limits, issuer limits, rating requirements and maturity/duration guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and audit trails for investment transactions.
- Coordinate with compliance, internal audit, statutory audit and other review teams.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal investment policies.

Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly investment MIS and portfolio reports.
- Track portfolio yields, returns, cash flows and investment performance.
- Prepare management presentations and investment dashboards.
- Maintain entity-wise and book-wise investment data.
- Support analysis of portfolio performance against benchmarks and investment objectives.

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Accounts, Tax, Legal and other internal teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, brokers, mutual fund houses, issuers, investment bankers and other financial-market participants.
- Coordinate with PF/Trust administrators and other stakeholders for investment-related requirements.
