ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Negotiating, Drafting, Reviewing & Executing transaction contracts.
- Conducting audits of hospitals from legal and compliance prospective.
- Managing online compliance tool.
- Appear before regulators and / or replying to notices received from regulatory authorities.
- Legal research. Provide legal advice and review the process flow to mitigate the risk along-with proper documentation.
- Audits and Investigations responsibility as part of Legal & Compliance control function.
- Update Management about Legal issues & Statutory Compliances
- Review, advice and implement internal policies and procedures.
Experience & Qualifications
- 08 to 14 years of experience in legal litigations, Contract drafting, Contract handling
- Healthcare is preferable
- LLB/ B.A LLB (Hons)
