We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Counsellor to drive student enrolments, manage high-intent leads, close sales, and consistently achieve revenue targets. Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable language programs
* Follow up with prospects through the complete sales cycle
* Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
* Support and guide junior sales counsellors when required
* Share market and customer insights with the sales team




Performance & Targets
* Variable pay during the initial 3-month probation period, linked to performance
* Additional performance-based incentives for exceeding targets
Compensation
* During Probation: Post Probation: 100% Fixed + High Incentive Structure
* Monthly incentives and performance bonuses
* Incentive earning potential of up to ₹2 Lakhs/month, based on performance
4–8 years of experience in Sales Counselling / EdTech Sales
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting
* Experience handling high-volume leads and revenue targets is preferred
