About Company :

Labdhi International Pvt. Ltd (Trading Company). – A Group Company of Vishakha Group is looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead and accelerate our growth in the Polymer & Chemical business.

PP | HDPE | LLDPE | LDPE | PVC | PET | Masterbatch | Additives | Specialty Polymers

Experience: 15–25 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Chemical/Polymer/Plastics preferred; MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead Sales, Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Expand Import, Trading & Distribution business
- Develop Key Accounts, Dealers & Distributor Network
- Build strong relationships with Principals, Suppliers & Customers
- Identify new products, markets and business opportunities
- Drive pricing, margins, inventory, credit & profitability
- Lead and build a high-performance sales team
