We are looking for a technically strong and motivated Junior Technical Project Manager with 1–3 years of experience in software development, technical coordination, or project management. The ideal candidate should have a development background and be interested in moving toward project management while working closely with technical teams and clients.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Coordinate software development projects from planning through successful delivery.
n
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
n
- Understand business requirements and convert them into clear technical tasks and development plans.
n
- Assist in sprint planning, task allocation, prioritization, and progress tracking.
n
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and potential risks.
n
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint meetings, project reviews, and retrospectives.
n
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
n
- Review project specifications, technical documentation, workflows, and development processes.
n
- Identify and help resolve technical or project-related blockers faced by developers.
n
- Track team productivity, project progress, and development milestones.
n
- Ensure projects follow defined development standards, processes, and quality practices.
n
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, task updates, and stakeholder communication.
n
- Communicate project updates, challenges,



and timelines effectively to internal teams and clients.
n
- Support continuous improvement of development processes and team collaboration.
n

Requirements

n

n
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, technical coordination, or project management.
n
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern web development technologies.
n
- Hands-on or working knowledge of:
n

JavaScript (ES6+)

n

Node.js

n

React.js / Next.js

n

REST APIs

n

Git / Version Control

n

n
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
n
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Slack.
n
- Ability to understand technical requirements, application architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Full Stack Developer, or Technical Coordinator.
n
- Experience working with web or mobile application development projects.
n
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes.
n
- Understanding of databases, APIs, third-party integrations, and system architecture.
n
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
n
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and product development workflows.
n
- Scrum, Agile, PMP, or related certifications will be an added advantage.
