Role Description The Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and provide invoices, payments, account statements, and resolve related queries.
n
- Reconcile customer ledgers and identify account discrepancies for timely resolution.
n




- Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure all transactions are updated promptly.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Accounts, and Operations, to ensure smooth order processing and payment follow-ups.
n
- Support day-to-day accounts receivable operations and adhere to company processes.

Qualifications

n

n
- B.Com / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
n
- 85%+ marks in Class 12th
n
- 3–4 years of relevant experience
n
- Robust knowledge of accounting fundamentals, TDS & income tax
n
- Good working knowledge of Tally / accounting software
n
- Good command of MS Excel
n
