Job Description We're Hiring | Sales Executive / Sales Manager (PEB Sales) n n Location: Noida n Company: Rostfrei Steels Pvt. Ltd. n Qualification: Any Graduate n Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred in PEB / Steel Structures / Industrial Sales / Construction-related Sales) n n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES n n n Identify and develop new business opportunities across target market segments. n Build robust relationships with clients, OEMs, architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and construction companies to generate leads and referrals. n Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. n Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. n Set sales goals and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. n Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. n Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. n Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical assistance and project coordination. n Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs and prepare regular management reports. n Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. n Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
