Description
The Senior Executive – OEM will oversee the OEM channel for USGI Legal Entity, acting as the primary liaison with dealers to ensure smooth operations. This role is responsible for resolving claim and payout issues, addressing dealer queries, and driving continuous improvement in OEM processes while maintaining strong partnership relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the OEM channel partnership network.
- Maintain day‑to‑day dealer relationships and act as primary point of contact.
- Investigate and resolve claim issues promptly and accurately.
- Handle payout discrepancies and ensure timely settlements.
- Respond to dealer queries and provide actionable solutions.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams on issue resolution.
- Prepare and present regular performance and issue‑tracking reports.
- Ensure compliance with USGI policies and OEM contractual obligations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Mentor junior staff and facilitate training on OEM procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OEM channel or dealer relationship management.
- Proven track record of resolving claim and payout issues.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills with dealer networks.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Knowledge of automotive OEM processes and regulations.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.
