Description
The Manager – SAP Project Management will spearhead complex SAP rollout initiatives within the SAP PM Competency – Delivery team. You will own full project lifecycles, from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution, risk mitigation, and post‑go‑live support, driving excellence and value for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate regular status reporting and communication with senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, governance, and quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and third‑party service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and post‑implementation reviews.
- Oversee resource forecasting, allocation, and performance management.




- Champion change management and user adoption activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience managing large‑scale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Robust knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and SAP Activate methodology.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Expertise in risk management, issue resolution, and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as project demands require.
