ABOUT MAKE MY EDUCATION

Make My Education is a fast-growing, technology-enabled education and student mobility platform helping students navigate overseas admissions across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, as well as domestic admissions across India. As we continue to scale our digital presence, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to strengthen our visual communication and marketing initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Graphics Designer will create high-quality, engaging and conversion-focused visual content for digital advertising, social media, webinars, brand communication and marketing collateral. The role will work closely with the Digital Marketing and Counselling teams to translate campaign briefs into creative assets that are visually compelling, brand-consistent and aligned with campaign objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design static and carousel ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns, including multiple variants for A/B testing.

• Create promotional and on-screen assets for live webinars, including social posts, banners, presentation slides and certificates.

• Develop organic social media creatives aligned with the content calendar for international and India-focused audiences.

• Maintain brand consistency across logo usage, colours, typography and visual guidelines.

• Build reusable design templates to improve creative turnaround time and consistency.

• Support web and app graphics in coordination with the Technology team.

• Create basic short-form video edits and motion graphics for social media and advertising content.

• Research competitors and industry trends and bring fresh, original creative concepts. REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS





• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation or a related field.

• 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with digital advertising or social media exposure.

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertisements, social media creatives and print/marketing collateral.

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.

• Ability to translate marketing objectives into effective visual communication.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity and ability to work within deadlines.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in EdTech, education marketing or student recruitment.

• Familiarity with Meta and Google Ads creative specifications.

• Basic video editing or motion graphics experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.

• Basic Figma knowledge for web/app design collaboration.

• Ability to write or refine short-form advertising copy.
