Role: Telecaller

Location: Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

Type: Full-Time, In office

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, and follow-up messages
- Schedule meetings and assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination
- Generate leads and support in cold calling campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and CRM entries




- Promote our IT and software services to prospective customers
- ️ Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement

What We’re Looking For:

- ✅ Minimum 1 year of telecalling or client-facing experience
- ️ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in lead generation and cold calling
- Experience in outbound sales, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus
- Must be based in or able to commute to Ghatkopar East, Mumbai
