We're Hiring Assistant Manager – Statutory Audit
Location: Mumbai – Andheri East
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute statutory audits for corporate clients across various industries.
Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements in accordance with applicable auditing standards.
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify audit risks, internal control weaknesses, and recommend practical solutions.
Coordinate with clients to obtain required information and resolve audit queries.
Guide, mentor, and review the work of audit associates and articles.
Ensure timely completion of audit assignments while maintaining quality standards.
Liaise with partners and senior management on engagement progress and key audit observations.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Min 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit, preferably with a CA firm.
Strong knowledge of:
Statutory Audits
Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
Companies Act, 2013
Standards on Auditing (SA)
Financial Statement Analysis
Experience in handling manufacturing, trading, services, NBFC, or other corporate clients.
Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and lead engagement teams.
