Position: Area Sales Manager

n

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 2+ Years in Field Sales / BFSI Sales

n

CTC: Up to ₹4.00 LPA + Attractive Incentives

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Lead and manage a team to achieve assigned sales targets.

n

• Drive business growth through effective field sales strategies.

n

• Guide, coach, and motivate team members for better performance.

n

• Develop current customer and business opportunities within the assigned area.

n

• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.

n

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure business retention.

n





• Track team performance and prepare regular sales reports.

n

n

Candidate Profile

n

• Graduation is mandatory.

n

• 2+ years of experience in Field Sales / BFSI Sales.

n

• Prior team-handling experience will be preferred.

n

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

n

• Target-driven with a strong business development mindset.

n

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are required.

n

• Candidates with good knowledge of the Noida market will be preferred.
