Key Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research on indirect tax and regulatory matters.
n
- Assist in drafting legal opinions, submissions, and briefs.
n
- Support GST, Customs, and FEMA-related matters.
n
- Assist in tax litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
n
- Review legislative updates, notifications, circulars, and judicial precedents.
n
- Support advisory projects and client assignments.
n

Eligibility

n

n
- LL.B. graduate from the Batch of 2026.
n
- Robust legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
n
- Prior internship experience in Indirect Tax Litigation preferred.
n
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
n
