We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven experience in handling international markets, particularly USA, Europe, and other global regions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end sales, client acquisition, and relationship management in overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in international markets (USA, Europe, etc.)
Manage the complete sales cycle– lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations
Achieve revenue targets and growth objectives consistently
Coordinate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure smooth project handover
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and client requirements
Represent the company in international meetings, calls, and virtual demos
Required Skills & Qualifications
~2-5 years of experience as a BDE / Sales / Business Development professional
~ Strong exposure to international sales and global clients
~ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
~ Proven track record of closing high-value international deals
~ Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
~ Ability to work independently and drive results
~ Robust understanding of IT services / software solutions (as applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with USA & European markets
Prior experience in IT / SaaS / Digital Services domain
