Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise software development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate software development projects from requirement gathering through deployment and support.
Prepare and maintain SRS, Use Case documents, Functional Specifications, and project documentation. Coordinate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and project teams. Support software design discussions and maintain design documentation.
Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Facilitate meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
Review UML diagrams including Use Case, Class, Sequence, and Activity diagrams. Coordinate Java/J2EE and JMS-based development activities.
Manage version control and configuration using Git or SVN.
Prepare project status reports and ensure SDLC compliance.
Required Skills
SRS and Use-Case Design
Software Design and SDLC understanding
Experience coordinating Java/JMS projects
Understanding of UML diagrams
Experience with CASE tools
Knowledge of GIS technologies such as GeoServer and OpenLayers
Experience with Git/SVN configuration management
Project planning, execution, and coordination Excellent communication and documentation skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Project Coordination or IT Project Management.
