Job Description Department: Chairman’s Office Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Job Location : Kolkata Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial and corporate advisory support to the Chairman and senior management. Lead/support IPO, M&A;, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and fundraising initiatives. Coordinate with merchant bankers, investment banks, auditors, legal advisors and other external consultants. Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, financial modelling and transaction analysis. Prepare financial analysis, business plans, presentations and MIS for the Chairman’s review. Monitor financial performance and provide insights on key risks and opportunities. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and strategic information. Qualification & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory. Approximately 10–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment banking, merchant banking, M&A;, capital markets, or a similar strategic finance workplace. Experience of working on IPO / M&A; / fundraising transactions will be highly preferred.
