Job Description Job Title: Senior Accountant Associate (QuickBooks & Bill.com) n Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India n Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Monday – Friday) n n About the Role: n n We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant Associate (QuickBooks & Bill.com) with proven expertise in QuickBooks & Bill.com to manage accounting operations for US-based clients. n This senior-level role requires advanced proficiency in QuickBooks & Bill.Com, a solid understanding of US GAAP, and the ability to lead complex accounting processes across multiple portfolios. n The ideal candidate will work directly with clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. n n n Key Responsibilities: n n Handle full-cycle accounting using QuickBooks & Bill.com, including AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets. n Perform monthly and quarterly closing activities, reconciliations, and financial consolidations. n Generate and analyze financial statements: P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. n Coordinate with internal teams and clients to support audit readiness and tax compliance. n Lead process improvement and automation efforts using NetSuite capabilities.
