As a Senior Architect- Workplace Designer, the role requires the ability to think outside the box and collaborate with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver. Your keen attention to detail, artistic vision, and ability to harmonize aesthetics with functionality will be vital to your success in this role

Conceptual Design:
∙Create conceptual design proposals that encompass space planning, color schemes, furniture
Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively convey design concepts to
Space Planning and Layout:
∙aesthetic and performance goals.
∙Create project budgets and timelines, and work within budget constraints to deliver cost-
effective design solutions.
∙Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure
seamless project execution.
∙Provide design guidance throughout the construction and installation phases.

Project Documentation:
∙Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and
Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control:




∙Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the design is being implemented as planned and
meets quality standards.

∙You bring a strong portfolio showcasing workplace projects that reflect your ability to balance aesthetics and functionality .
∙Proactive in resolving design challenges , coordinating effectively with consultants and vendors, and ensuring the design intent is realized through to handover.
∙A collaborative team player who takes ownership , is quality-focused , and excited to shape next-generation workplaces as part of a high-performing design and build team .

Qualifications & Experience :
∙Bachelor’s or master’s degree in interior design or a related field.
∙Minimum of 4- 8 years of experience in the design and build industry or a related field.
∙Proven experience in corporate interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing
completed projects.
∙Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Photoshop.
∙Project management experience is a plus.
