Company Description Gladia Men is a fast-growing men’s grooming brand built around a easy philosophy: We are looking for a hands-on Finance Executive based in Bengaluru who can take ownership of the day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the business.

The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing the complete accounting and finance operations of Gladia Men , including bookkeeping, Shopify reconciliation, inventory and sales accounting, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and monthly financial closing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage finance operations and ensure that the books, cash, inventory and vendor accounts are always accurate and up to date.

Complete Accounting & Bookkeeping
· Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally/Tally Prime .
· Maintain accurate customer and vendor ledgers.
· Support monthly and year-end financial closing.
Shopify & Sales Reconciliation
· Reconcile Shopify sales reports with Tally/accounting records .
· Reconcile payment gateway settlements with Shopify orders and bank credits.
· Track prepaid, COD, cancellations, refunds, returns and discounts.
· Identify and resolve reconciliation differences.
· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reconciliation reports.
Inventory & Stock Accounting
· Maintain vendor ledgers and outstanding reports.




· Bank & Payment Gateway Reconciliation
· Perform regular bank reconciliations.
· Reconcile payment gateway settlements with bank credits.
· MIS & Finance Reporting
. Prepare regular MIS covering:
· Collections
· GST, TDS & Compliance Support
· Maintain proper documentation for GST and TDS.
· Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance processes.
· Coordinate with the external CA/accounting team for monthly/quarterly filings.
. Ownership of the finance operations of a fast-growing D2C brand.
· Exposure to e-commerce, inventory, payments, working capital and business finance.
. Opportunity to grow into a Finance Manager / Finance Controller role as Gladia scales.
4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
· Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime .
· Strong understanding of inventory accounting and bookkeeping and vendor reconciliation.
· Experience with e-commerce/D2C accounting preferred.
· Experience with Shopify reconciliation and payment gateway reconciliation is highly preferred.
· Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
· Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete finance function.
You should be someone who can independently manage the entire finance cycle of a growing D2C business.
