Job Description:

- He works according to ISO Procedures and work Instruction. He also helps in maintaining ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, FAMI-QS documentation. He is eligible to comply with social accountability audits.

- Recruitment as per the company requirements, like giving advertisement, conducting interviews to respected HOD, offer letter to the candidate after selection, joining, and orientation programmed etc. Review of pending applications.

- Ensure the Factory Act 1948 is followed in the plant premises. Ensure the fulfilled of the legal requirements.

- If any government officer come for the audit assist the G.M. Operation for it, follow suggestion given by any auditor.

- Supervise functions of Security guards.

- Maintain attendance, leave records, PF register, ESIC register,



accident register etc on the basis of daily attendance register make the salary sheet, salary slip etc.

- Ensure doctor visits, medical checkups, and keeping medical records.

- Ensure House Keeping in the plant premises area. Ensure the disposal of way of the unwanted things.

- In case any of breakage of the code of conducts in the factory area, inform to the G.M. Operation and work according to his instructions.

- Arrange all trainings like GMP / Quality / Health & Safety / Administrative / and other all type of training requirements.

- In case any accident or emergency in the plant premises attend personally.

- He is eligible to deal with Government Agencies for visits and compliances
