Job Description:

Qualification: Degree in Mechanical, Production
Experience: Minimum 10 to 20 yrs experience in Chemical/Specialty chemical manufacturing. Exposure to engineering & Maintenance of the plant which includes Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Projects & utilities.
Work location: Nerul in Mumbai. The candidate should be ready to stay in Nerul or nearby area.
Communication: Proficient in English, Marathi, Hindi (written / oral)

Previous experience (must have): All types of Chemicals, paints, adhesives, resins, coatings, refractories. Must have handled maintenance & engineering related to reactors, high speed mixers, utilities, tank farms etc.
Stability: not more than 2 jobs in last 5-6yrs. We're looking for someone who will stay here for 3-5yrs & someone who will support engineering work in our project. Must be willing to travel on need basis.

Job Description: Responsible for Plant Maintenance and Project management includes completing Brownfield & Greenfield projects, setting up production lines and implementing various machines and equipment.
1. Responsible of Engineering & Maintenance of the plant which includes Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & utilities.
2. Planning & Scheduling of Preventative, Predictive Maintenance.
3. Preparation of calibration plan,



statutory testing plan as per requirement. Monitor & ensure 100% Compliance to Statutory testing & EHS requirement wrt Engineering & Maintenance area.
4. Breakdown Maintenance, Root cause analysis & CAPA Implementation.
5. Spare Part Management, Ordering & Spares Inventory Control. Conduct review of critical Spares & ensure availability of critical Spares all times.
6. Co-ordination with vendors, AMC Service providers for timely execution of work.
7. Provide leadership to Maintenance personals Engineers & technicians.
8. Preparation on Monthly reports, KPIS, utility reports, etc
9. Conducts inhouse technical training to Engineers, technicians & Contract Manpower.
10. Knowledge of Plant & Utility Equipment’s.
11. Preparation of Capex proposal
12. Define scope of project with Concern Stakeholders.
13. Preparation of P&ID;, PFD, Layout & Drawings.
14. Preparation of Technical Specification & data sheets for RFQ, URS, etc
15. Preparation of project Schedule & Execution of project.
16. Commissioning & handing over projects to stakeholders.
17. Interaction with internal stake holders like Maintenance & project, Production, Quality Control, R&D;, Store, EHS.
