Job Description About Triplespeed n n We incubate viral consumer brands for the US and EU markets and scale them until they become independent companies. n In the last 14 months we took three apps, in three unrelated verticals, from zero to over $1M in annual run rate. We're one of the fastest-growing bootstrapped companies in the world. n n What you’ll do n n n Own compliance across marketing, product and customer operations. n Review ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms. n Review creator and influencer content for claims and disclosures. n Review landing pages, websites, product flows and customer communications. n Partner with marketing, product, engineering and operations on launches. n Build compliance guidelines, approval processes and checklists. n Monitor regulatory and platform policy changes. n Assess compliance risks and recommend practical solutions. n Work with external legal counsel on complex regulatory matters. n Train teams on compliance best practices. n Support investigations, audits and compliance documentation. n n n Who we’re looking for n n n 5+ years in legal compliance, regulatory affairs or corporate counsel.



n Strong understanding of U.S. regulatory and compliance frameworks. n Experience reviewing consumer marketing and digital products. n Strong understanding of advertising and consumer protection requirements. n Excellent judgment across legal risk and commercial objectives. n Strong analytical and written communication skills. n Comfortable building compliance processes from scratch. n Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate and work in-office. n n n Helpful but not required: Experience with FTC advertising and consumer protection regulations, influencer marketing disclosures, privacy and data protection, subscription businesses, telehealth, consumer finance, e-commerce, SaaS, and high-growth technology companies. n n What you get n n n Build the compliance function from the ground up. n Work directly with founders and leadership. n Help launch and scale products across global markets. n Solve complex legal and regulatory problems at speed. n Opportunity to build and lead a larger legal and compliance function as Triplespeed grows. n
