● Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industries.
● Lead the end-to-end pitch process — from understanding client needs to delivering winning presentations and proposals.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and transition to the client servicing team.
● Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to design solutions tailored to client goals.
● Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential business segments.
● Track performance metrics, sales conversions, and revenue growth through structured reporting.
● Guide and mentor the business development team to achieve collective and individual targets.
● Represent Rioconn at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and credibility.
Essentials:
● 3+ years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales in advertising, digital marketing, or related industries.
● Solid presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
● Ability to craft compelling business proposals and marketing pitches.
● Excellent understanding of digital marketing services and creative agency processes.
● Experience in managing client relationships and delivering revenue growth.
● Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools.
● Strategic, analytical, and target-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities.
● Ability to thrive under pressure and handle multiple business pursuits simultaneously
