Job Summary

n

We're looking for an experienced Destination Expert – International Holidays who combines strong destination knowledge with consultative selling and exceptional client handling skills.

n

This role goes beyond quoting packages, it requires understanding traveller needs, designing the right experience, building trust and consistently converting enquiries into high-value international bookings.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

• Handle high-value international holiday enquiries from consultation to booking confirmation.

n

• Understand client requirements, preferences and budgets to create customized holiday experiences.

n

• Sell FITs, luxury holidays, honeymoons, family holidays and bespoke international itineraries.

n

• Handle HNI and premium clients with professionalism and attention to detail.

n

• Prepare and present customized itineraries, quotations, hotels, activities, transfers and experiences.

n

• Follow up consistently and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.

n

• Negotiate and close bookings while maintaining healthy margins.

n

• Maintain accurate lead, quotation, follow-up and booking information in the CRM.

n

• Coordinate with operations, DMCs, hotels and travel partners for smooth booking execution.

n

• Stay updated on destinations, hotels, experiences, visa requirements and seasonal travel trends.

n

• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.

n





• Maintain solid conversion ratios and take complete ownership of assigned leads.

n

• Build repeat business and referrals through exceptional client servicing.

n

Preferred Qualifications:

n

• 2–3+ years of proven experience in international holiday package sales.

n

• Minimum 2 years of consistent sales performance with demonstrable achievements.

n

• Experience handling HNI, premium, luxury or high-value clients.

n

• Strong knowledge of European destinations, particularly Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, Netherlands and Scandinavia.

n

• Knowledge of Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Iceland is highly preferred.

n

• Knowledge of destinations such as UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Maldives, Dubai, Bali, Thailand and Singapore is an added advantage.

n

• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, communication and closing skills.

n

• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management.

n

• Strong understanding of pricing, margins and profitability.

n

• Excellent spoken and written English.

n

• Fluency in Hindi is required; Marathi or Gujarati is an added advantage.

n

• Target-oriented, proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently under pressure.
