Job Description
# Responsible for end-to-end Technical Solutions Delivery Project Management
# Manage the delivery of complete project scope and committed deliverables as per the contract
# Technical solution and services Implementation as per customer requirements (DLD LLD)
# Manage project activities, risks and resource requirements during the project lifecycle
# Regular monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects to all the stakeholders internal and external
# Review monitor project KPIs/SLAs as per the contract Ensure SLA compliance in coordination with internal teams at Circles, NHQ,
NOC and relevant external stake holders
# Advise project changes and interventions to achieve project output in consultation with customer/sales/business/cross functional teams
# Manage vendor relationships to ensure productive service deliverables and RMA processing
# Maintain close interface with customer and project stakeholders for smooth and timely execution of projects
