Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing enterprise-grade applications and data-intensive products. The role requires someone who can understand complex business workflows and translate them into intuitive, clean and scalable user experiences.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with product, business and engineering teams and should be able to take ownership of the design lifecycle from requirement understanding and user journeys through wireframes, prototypes and final UI specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and scalable experiences for enterprise web applications, platforms and dashboards.
- Understand complex business requirements, workflows and user personas and translate them into effective user journeys and information architecture.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
- Design data-intensive interfaces including dashboards, analytics views, workflows, tables, filters, drill-downs and configuration screens.
- Build and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries and UI standards to ensure consistency across the product.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineering teams from concept through implementation.
- Conduct user research, usability testing and design validation where required.
- Review implemented screens and work with developers to ensure design fidelity and usability.
- Balance user experience with enterprise requirements such as scalability, accessibility, responsiveness and role-based workflows.
- Continuously improve existing product experiences based on user feedback and product evolution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3 6 years of hands-on UI/UX or Product Design experience,



preferably with enterprise/B2B applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex enterprise products, not only consumer/mobile interfaces or marketing websites.
- Strong understanding of UX fundamentals including information architecture, interaction design, usability and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics products, workflow-driven applications or SaaS platforms.
- Solid proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, Auto Layout, prototyping and design libraries.
- Experience developing or working with enterprise design systems.
- Good understanding of responsive web design and accessibility principles.
- Ability to simplify complex processes and large amounts of information without compromising functionality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and defend design decisions to business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience working with developers and understanding practical frontend implementation considerations.

Good to Have

- Experience designing products involving AI/GenAI, analytics, risk, compliance, audit or enterprise automation.
- Exposure to data visualisation and designing experiences around insights, exceptions and decision-making.
- Familiarity with React-based applications and modern frontend component libraries.
- Experience designing role-based or multi-persona enterprise platforms.
- Understanding of WCAG/accessibility standards.

What We Will Look for in the Portfolio

Candidates should ideally demonstrate 2 3 end-to-end enterprise design examples, showing the problem being solved, user/workflow understanding, design approach, iterations and final experience.

We are particularly interested in seeing evidence of complex workflow simplification, dashboard/data visualisation, design-system thinking and enterprise product design, rather than only polished individual screens.
