Owners pay a booking fee to schedule a diagnosis call with our founder. This role owns everything that happens between the booking and the call.Responsibilities• Call every booked prospect ahead of their appointment to confirm attendance• Send pre-call material by WhatsApp and email• Rebook anyone who misses their appointment• Work through the existing list of prospects who have paid and not yet scheduled• Maintain the daily tracking sheet accurately• Report daily on calls made, connected and bookedRequirements• Clear spoken English, comfortable speaking with senior business people by phone• Calm,
professional telephone manner• Solid organisation and reliable follow-up• Stable internet connection and a quiet place to workPreferred but not requiredPrevious experience in customer service, coordination, or inside sales.
