International Voice Process Executive – Amazon ProjectCompany: SutherlandClient / Project: AmazonJob Type: Permanent / Full-TimeLocation: Perungalathur, ChennaiWork Model: Work From Office (WFO)Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week OffCTC: ₹3.5 LPAJob OverviewSutherland is hiring International Voice Process Executives for its Amazon Project in Chennai.The role involves handling customer interactions through voice calls and providing professional, accurate and customer-focused support to international customers.The candidate must have excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation, solid articulation and a professional UK-style communication ability.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound international customer calls professionally and confidently.Assist customers with their queries, requests and concerns.Understand customer requirements and provide accurate resolutions.Communicate with customers in clear, fluent and professional English.Maintain a UK-style professional communication approach, including appropriate tone, pronunciation, vocabulary and etiquette.Handle customer complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally.Provide step-by-step assistance and troubleshooting wherever required.Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.Follow Amazon/Sutherland process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.Meet defined quality,
