We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive | BhanzuLocation: BangaloreWork Mode: Work From Office (WFO)Shift: Day Shift (9 Hours shift)Working Days: 6 Days⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredRole: Individual ContributorCTC - 4 LPAExcellent communication skilllsKey Responsibilities:Act as the single point of contact for customers and represent Bhanzu support.Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.Make proactive outbound calls and build robust customer relationships.Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.Develop strong knowledge of Bhanzu’s products and services.Requirements:Graduate in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.Experience in Customer Service, Relationship Management, or a similar role.Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and ticketing systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Ability to multitask and handle challenging customer situations with patience.
