Project Manager/ Project Head — Solar Energy Operations - Kanpur

The Role Responsible for site development, EPC coordination, regulatory clearances, grid connectivity and ongoing plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead end-to-end solar project development, execution, and commissioning.
n
- Manage EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders.
n
- Ensure timely delivery within budget, quality, and safety standards.
n
- Track record of commissioning projects on time and on budget.
n
- Oversee site development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
n
- Manage statutory approvals, DISCOM coordination, grid connectivity, synchronization, net metering, and open access.
n
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and milestones; provide MIS to management.
n
- Oversee plant performance and coordinate O&M; for optimum generation and availability

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- 12+ years in solar or renewable energy.
n
- Direct experience on commercial or utility-scale solar projects.
n
- Working knowledge of DISCOM processes, net metering and open access regulations in North India.
